Google escheat my adsense earnings

Google Ad-sense help.
Ten years ago I joined google adsense. I figured I could make some money off my website. The first year or so seemed wonderful I made nearly $80. adsense called me and said that they needed my social security number and address for tax purposes. I gave them all of the information that they requested.
So I thought  all was well, I am going to make some money! After many years of continuously checking my adsense account, I intuitively figured that it would never reach the $100 dollar mark which they will pay me.
In the meantime I continued to improve my website putting more pages with adsense on them. It could never reach the payout point of $100. I  stopped checking my account at this point realizing that it must be a trick.
To my surprise ten years later I found three emails from adsense. It was shocking at some point it must have reached the $100 mark.
Email: January 13
Your AdSense balance has been sent to the government for safe-keeping (this is called Escheatment), because we had reason to believe that your AdSense account was abandoned.

Google escheat my adsense earnings. Can anyone show me how to recover my earnings. Google said they gave it to the government. I tried unclaimed property Pennsylvania, Delaware. Could it be in Ireland, Cayman or Panama. HELP PLEASE.

In the mean time .
